Has anyone tried to log on to HAL website today? After I doubled click, it just showed blank.

Hi Ricky.... the HAL website is back up - looks like they updated their site (modernized)

It seems to be down again. I just tried and nothing, just a blank screen.....I was looking for an e-mail and/or contact to submit a review of the great service we received from our wine steward on the Westerdam. Perhaps someone in the know can help me out? :)

The new website is being phased in. It'll have bugs for a little while yet, I'd imagine. Yesterday for a time agents couldn't look at existing reservations on the site .... (UPDATE: and we still can't ...)
The new site looks easier to use than the previous one ...

Yes, that's what I have bookmarked....I've even tried doing a google search then clicking that link and I still get a blank screen with this in the address bar:
http://www.hollandamerica.com/main/Main.action
It's no big deal, I'm sure it'll work for me eventually.....good thing I didn't want to book anything today! (although, the new Mariner magazine is tempting me!)

I had a heck of a time trying to do online check-in yesterday. I kept getting "timed out" no matter how fast I typed!! I finally called and did it via telephone and the customer service rep told me to give the website a couple of days for everything to get smoothed out.

I just logged on, and it worked again.

Working fine.
