Has anyone had trouble getting to the shore excursion booking page? I keep typing in our booking number and last name, then check the box that says we don't have a cabin number yet, then I get a cannot find page error message. I keep checking every day to see if we have a cabin number assigned yet (we have already booked our shore excursions through this site) and for the past two days, I haven't been able to get into the page that lists the shore excursions available for each port.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

When is your cruise? If you leave in less than 10 days, the shore excursion form will be closed to you.

Have you tried checking the immigration form to see if you have been assigned a cabin yet?

Our cruise isn't until 12/2. I haven't tried the immigration form since I filled it out several weeks ago. I'll try that now.
Thanks, KK

I've always had the best luck with the Immigration Form. You don't have to print it to look....just go to "edit", to get the fill-in-the-blanks page, then at the bottom, hit "submit", and the completed form will come up on screen with the cabin in the top left. No need to waste the ink until you have to print the final copy. Also, I had to reset margins and take off headers/footers to get it to print on one page.

I've had no problem accessing our shore excursions from the HAL site and booking them. It could be HAL was doing maintenance or that your computer protection software is blocking your access to the page. I'd turn off your software and see if that helps, then turn it back on as soon as you are finished at the site.

P.S. New HAL excursions including horseback riding and swimming with the stingrays are now offered.! Good luck!
