Hello-it does appear they have three card poker and carribbean stud poker.
This article is about the sister ship, but I would imagine all the ships in the same class will be identical. I would expect to see a poker table on the Serenade. Good luck!

I was on the Serenade of the Seas in January. THey do have 3 card poker.
Have a great cruise.
