My son needs help with a school project....interviewing someone who has been through a hurricane. If you'd be willing to answer his questions either by phone or email, please respond here.

Oh yes...he has to interview someone who has been through a hurricane for his Honors Earth Science class. Living inland, we don't have many of those around here! If someone would help him, I'd really appreciate it!!:)

You might get several from that state to respond.

Our house had direct hits from Charlie, Frances and Jeanne. About $12000.00 in damages and we feel very fortunate that our losses were minimal compared to others. I would be happy to help him.

I live in Richmond, VA which was hit hard by Hurricane Isabel in September of 2003. If your son needs any held from me, feel free to give him my e-mail of back2chicago@comcast.net I am originally from Tampa, Florida and have lived through several hurricanes there as well.
