I know this sight is normally about cruising, but I have a general disney question about tickets to the theme parks prior to our disney cruise in december.

I have managed to get ticket prices for

4 park flexi pass 114 pounds sterling
5 day disney park hopper 145 pounds sterling

from www.orlandoticket-deals.co.uk

Is this cheap, or do you know of anywhere I can get a better deal.

Thanks in advance.

The Walt Disney World website (http://www.waltdisneyworld.com/) allows you to purchase advance tickets. I just priced their 5-day "park-hopper plus" pass at $259, which according to xe.com works out to 140 pounds sterling. This is the advance purchase rate. They will cost more if you wait to buy them at the gate.

They are based on your length of stay, and it basically messes up a lot of existing travel agencies who sell packages. We have a WDW expert who will be writing a long analysis and explanation of how it works, in our weekly Walt Disney World park update at MousePlanet. Keep it mind we won't publish it until Monday, but here's the link: http://www.mouseplanet.com/parkupdates/wdw/

That URL always posts the most recent update, so if you go back on December 5 we'll have the info there.
