Just got off the Zaandam a couple weeks ago. We DID NOT have the blue folder and documents sent to us. We just printed off the info from the website and used those to check in. NOW, for our upcoming 2 week cruise, they DID send us the blue folder full of information. Is it necessary to fill out the Immigration Questionnaire form or is it enough just to print out the online documentation?
Thank you

It is sufficient to complete the process onliine. If you do so, no need to fill in the paper form.

No, just bring the printouts from your on-line registration with you when you check-in at the pier.

You will not need to fill out the hard copy immigration forms that come in the blue folder as long as you complete the on-line 'signature boarding pass' info, print those out, and present it at check-in

I tried to give the agent at the embarkation desk the immigration form when we checked in for our Veendam cruise and was told they did not need it as we had registered on line. Just make sure to bring the form that says you have registered on line,

The online form is sufficient. It's just that easy.

I just printed off our online forms. Yikes! Sending out those blue folders with all that 'stuff' inside must cost a small fortune (i.e., paper, printing assembling, postage). I have 3 folders sitting in front of me, and I may as well throw them away. I don't see that they're necessary.

This goes back a couple of years ago, but, we filled out everything on line, and also did the hard copy. When we got to the pier, they said, sorry we have nothing showing for your on-line immigration. Fortunatly, we had are hard copy with us , and saved a lot of time by not getting out of line to fill it out. This web stuff is really cool.
