Docs in record time!!!

I was stunned today when I picked up the mail and found our cruise documents in them.
We don't sail the Oosterdam until January 2nd!!
We have had cruises where 10 days out we are starting to wonder if the documents got lost in the mail.. Not this time
I'm sure we'll have them out, looking through them a few times in the next several weeks.

Early Christmas present!!! Hope all the mail gets delivered as promptly this year. Now you can start packing! And, just ask Santa for all the extra stuff you'll need to take! Have a great time.:)

Did you book your own air? If so, as a rule HAL will send out the documents several weeks before a cruise.

For our Oct 15 cruise (did our own air), we got our documents Aug 3.

I personally have found that whether I book my own air (usually) or take HALs air, I get my docs at least 6 weeks out. When HAL does my air, they send me the flight numbers at least 3 months out so I can get seat selections. Of course this might not happen with everybody, I guess it depends where you are flying from....jean :cool:
