No fee - and free popcorn too. They will all be "recent" DVD releases. They'll be shown in the Wajang Theatre/Culinary Arts Center, and the schedule will vary with the itinerary. On a sea day they may start before Noon and be shown four or five times, ending around 11:00p. On a port day they may be shown just twice. Most days it will be either 2 times or 3 times.
They change every day, but if you miss one you really want to see it will be repeated on the TV the next day.
If it's a popular movie go 20 to 30 minutes early, or you may end up very close to the screen or far off to the sides.

The movies they play onboard are comparible to the ones they play on commercial aircraft, timing-wise.There will be a different one shown every day and there will be different showtimes (afternoon & evening) during that day.
It really is a nice experience to watch a pretty recent (approx. 4-5 month old) movie in a real movie theater (Wajang theater on Prinsendam, the four 'S' and the four 'R' class vessels and the 'Screening Room' on the Vista's - soon all - and on Eurodam) while enjoying a bag of popcorn

Westerdam and Noordam do not have the screening rooms -- which are very tiny -- seats around 30 people.
