Wondering if the Blue Folder travel docs are sent by US Postlal service or by Fed Ex type of carrier.

We only have a PO box listed with Holland America and want to change if necessary.

Thanks for replies.;)

If you are due paper docs they will be sent via FedEx. If your booking is set up for electronic docs, you may change to paper free of charge up til final payment date. After that, the HAL charge is $25 for paper docs.

If you booked directly with HAL, HAL will send them to you and you will need to provide a street address.

If you booked thru a T/A, the docs will be sent FedEx to your agent.

In any event, shortly after final payment, you can track your docs here: http://fedex.com/us/ Use your HAL booking/confirmation number as the Reference Number for tracking purposes.
