It has been in the menu in the dining room on our past HAL cruises.

In the dining room one of the formal nights and always on the Pinnacle Menu.an new item, and it's pure heaven. Served in a dish with 3 "S" shaped wells..filled with heavenly chocolate, coffee and vanilla...with a wonderful sugar crust on the chocolate and vanilla. Simply devine, and I turned down the chocolate volcano cake 3 times in favor if this!!
Enjoy!!

Ahhh! my favorite dessert, I know they serve it in the DR although we usually don`t stay for dessert, but if I`m lucky, there is some left over, and it is served on the lido at lunch the next day......jean

That's interesting... we're just off the Zuiderdam 11/13 and it was not on the Pinnacle menu, or I'd have had an extra dessert.

Well,I certainly hope that the creme brulee in the Pinnacle is better than the stuff served in the main dining room. It's pretty bad - more like a flan...:( :(
