Was thinking about bringing wine aboard . Any places to buy wine near the NY cruise terminal?

Across the street, in an alley, there's usually a guy passed out. Grab his bottle.
I don't think there is anything right nearby, but if you are going through midtown, there are loads of places. My opinion of the dock area is that it's a pretty grungy part of town as far as quality of establishments is concerned.
