Where on the Eurodam other than the Explorer's Lounge( and I am assuming also on Nieuw Amsterdam), can one purchase special coffees?

Explorations Cafe (not Explorers Lounge) is the only place to purchase specialty coffees. Cappuccino and espresso are included in dining room meals; also in the Neptune Lounge, if you're in a suite.
There are coffee-based alcoholic drinks available for purchase in the Explorers Lounge.

Some day I hope to be able to be on the same cruise as you -- to quote my great grandmother -- you sound like a 'hoot'. And I will be there with you -- my children say I am younger, now that I am older.

Thank you; it will be my pleasure.
From the time they were little I told my grandgirls never forget how to play. I hope they listened. They seem to like to cruise! :D

I'll be in a suite in a few days. Are cappuccino and espresso available throughout the day in the Neptune Lounge, or just during specific hours? I love cappuccino!

All passengers who stay in the PS, SA, SB and SC cabins have access to the Neptune Lounge.
The time varies by ship.
We have been on some ships where it opens at 7 AM on port days and 7:30 AM on sea days. Some ships the Neptune opens at 7 AM every day.
The closing time is usually around 8:15 PM -- again varies by ship.

Ruth mentioned that in post #2.
Bot only can you get it at dinner in the dining room -- but you can also get it at lunch and breakfast in the dining room for free.

I also get mine in the Nepyune Lounge several times a day. It is a great perk.
