Menus for longer cruises (Panama Canal)?

I can't seem to find any menus for cruises longer than a week or two. I'm looking for anything recent that would give me an idea of the current offerings for a 19 day sailing...

DH is *specifically* wondering if Beouf Wellington and Escargots Bourginonne are back on the menu (the Ryndam was lacking those for a 10 day Sea of Cortez last year), but I'm just curious to see what's out there in general :)

I never bother to bring home the menus for our 21 day Panama Canal cruises as I know they will differ slightly by ship and those long canal cruises aren't offered very often.

We have always had Beef Wellington and escargot offered on all cruises -- 7 days -- 10 days -- 21 days, etI am surprised the Ryndam did not have these items. We sailed on her a couple of years ago -- 10 days -- and both items were on the menu.
