My husband and I are going on HAL June 18, 2010. This will be our very first cruise. So I wanted to see if there was anything that we should know about cruises that we wouldn't know.

Also I was curious if there was anybody that is going on this cruise as well. We are going to Alaska on the Zaandam. When we go next year I will be 31 and my husband will be 27. So if there is anybody that is going on this same cruise and is wanting someone their age to hang out with once in awhile let me know.

You might want to go on the Roll Calls section of Cruise Critic, find your ship, and see if there is a roll call for your sailing. If not, you can always start one. That is the best way to "meet" people going on your cruise.
