I've been on two SD cruises in the Carib, and there have been atleast 2 port changes due to sea issues on both cruises. Does this happen as frequently in the Med ? My Med cruise has such great ports I would hate to miss them!

Short version-yes. We had itinerary changes due to weather but eventually made all stops, just not in the original order. Much better than pressing on regardless and making all aboard miserable.

We completely missed one of our ports (Marseille, France) due to weather. We were bummed, but understood. We had a fabulous time, regardless.
