For someone new to NCL we're looking at cabin location on the Epic as we would be bringing my mother in law on the cruise and would like to be closer to the buffet and no charge restaurants. Can you tell me the names of these restaurants on the ship as I can't figure it out by the website alone. Thanks!

Garden Cafe is the buffet like resturant. Deck 15 forward
Manhattan Room (main dining room) is on deck 6 all the way aft.
Taste (main dining room) is mid ship deck 5

Also, O'Shehan's (24-hour cafe), The Great Outdoors (outdoor buffet), Spice H2O (pool grill) and room service will have no chrge.

I'm sure you are going to have a fantastic time onboard. Out of the surcharge restaurants, I'm looking forward to the "Cirque Dreams" dinner show production in the Speigal Tent ($15 per person).

Yeah we've done Princess and Carnival, enjoyed both. We like to mix it up. What about Blue Man Group? Will there be a charge for their shows?

Me too!:)
We've seen Cirque shows in Vegas and Toronto and they really are great. If the shows on Epic are a fraction of the others then it's still a great bargain.

You don't. Nothing has been set yet with 8 months before the first cruise

Thanks, since a price was quoted for the Speigal Tent in this thread, I thought prices had been announced.

I think many have an idea what the prices will be based on bits and pieces of information. Until they are formally announced they will more then likely change several times. Once the Epic is in service I would expect additional tuning of the prices based on demand.

Edited- Sorry I guess I should have kept reading the thread
