Do the windows open? How large are they?

Windows do not open. Size is about 3' x 4' or so.

They don't open. Too bad.
The reason I take a balcony suite is not so much for the balcony (although we do love it) but the floor to ceiling view out the window.
Our first cruise on Navigator was in the floor 5 window rooms, and they were just like the balcony rooms, only no balcony and less view. Service was great, the ship is the same, and very convenient to Compass Rose.
You'll love your room.

I agree with Elena--it is a lovely room. AND if you are on port-intensive sailing as I was (Monte Carlo to Athens) and take the Regent excursions you will have little opportunity to enjoy the balcony.
My mother-in-law loved her room on deck 6 (window).
My husband and I were in 704 and unfortunately could not leave the slider to the balcony open without sucking the smell of sewer gas in to our room! (Those traveling with us on the 8th floor didn't have the problem so it may have been our location?)
