I wonder how these compare with the questionnaires sent out previously. I'm hoping to take segment III to Austrailia. Did your wife hear anything about any other 2006 itineraries -- anything new or different from past years? Is she going to write a report as a single traveler? There are so many singles now on this board that it would be interesting to read her comparison of traveling as a single as opposed to traveling on Crystal as a couple. Thanks again. Judith

Disappointed at the stop in Libya. Maybe a "trendy" move on Crystal's part but not a wise one.

As I recall it is pretty close to one of the options listed on the questionnaire.

Segment III is the one we are considering also. (We are doing the LA to Papeete segment of the 2005 World Cruise in January.)

My wife didn't mention anything about other 2006 cruises, so those may not be out yet.

I never sent my questionaire in, so I have the original options in front of me and they selected itinerary number 1 which is 106 days. In option two, there were segments to Japan, China, Thailand and India, and in option three there were stops in Singapore, Vietnam and Bali. So, the itinerary they've chosen appears to have most of the ports in the Southern Hemisphere. I like segments four and five and will seriously consider those, particularly staying in Dubai at the Burj Al Arab for a few days after the cruise.

THey do not have the fares listed as yet, but the entire World Cruise for 2006 (broken into segments) is on the web site now under destinations.

Also, did anyone read the press release about a choice of pillows? I wonder if we get to try out the different types!!!
