Volendam Category A

Greetings all...

My wife and I will be taking our first HAL cruise on 8/10/05 to Alaska on the Volendam. I have us booked into a Guaranteed "A" category. I have looked at various websites, and all of the A rooms look similar. Has anyone ever had a "bad" A cabin on the Volendam before? Many thanks!

No, they are all great. Actually we like the ones near the stern of the ship - seems to be quieter down there.

I am sure no matter which A you get, you will enjoy it.

There aren`t any bad A cabins, they are in a good location, mostly mid ship. If you are in a guaranteed A, then you could possibly be upgraded to an S, but don`t hold your breath, most veranda cabins sell out first.....jean :cool:
