Cruising with my husband for first time on Dec. 5 on the Eurodam. Interested in the cooking classes/ demos, no guest chef is showing on the HAL website. Has anyone taken classes? Is there someway to get the acitivites schedule for the week before departure?

As for the daily programs -- right now no one has done a Caribbean cruise on the Eurodam this fall.

But starting Nov -- keep checking this site -- maybe someone will post the daily programs. I know that last year when we got home from the Eurodam -- I post them.

There will be a couple of free cooking demonstrations as well as a couple of cooking classes -- $29 per person and limited to 12 people. To get the date and find out what is being prepared -- you need to go to the front office on embarkation as soon as possible to get this information and to sign up. Some times the classes fill up quickly -- other times they don't.

We'll be on the Eurodam in October and I will cretainly write a review afterwards and scan in the daily programs.

I will try to remember to get a list of all the cooking classes (we are planning on doing at least 1) and post those as well.

We're going on October 10 - it's the Eurodam's first Caribbean cruise of the season. I will definitely post daily schedules when we return!
