Has anyone ever upgraded at the pier. I am curious about the cost.

Last cruise we asked what the price would be to upgrade from a minisuite to a delux suite, and the price we were quoted was the same as if we had booked the suite originally.... no savings, so we stayed put. I do understand that sometimes you can get a bit of a savings. If you try, let me know!
