If you sign up for fixed dining and decide during the cruise that you would like to change to anytime dining, is that possible? Thanks.

Yes, just be nice and let the Maitr'd know so they can make your original seating available to someone else.

Just be aware that once you change to open seating, you most likely won't be able to change back to fixed seating on that cruise. There is usually too much of a wait list for fixed seating for that to happen.

We changed from fixed to open dining three days into a 20-day cruise with no problem. On that cruise, we probably wouldn't have had a problem changing back either, but we didn't want to.
