HAL Website Anomoly

I just tried to check the pricing of my booked trip on the HAL website. Going through the Find/Book tab I put in the usual info, where, when, what hometown, etc. and when I hit continue it went to the opening intro for the website. I did stick it out through the entire intro once but no luck -- it just loops me back to the main page. This has been going on since Sunday. I tried a couple of other cruises and they loop too.

I wonder if HAL has noticed a sudden, severe lack of online bookings.

Hmm..I just tried it and I was able to get all the way through to the last click which would charge my CC (I didn't click that one!).


Perhaps the changes HAL made to the website to accomodate the new intro are incompatible with your current browser settings, although I didn't check to see what changes you might need were. You could email the webmaster an inquire, though.

Thanks Dave, you hit the nail on the head. I tightened some security settings and inadvertently blocked HAL site cookies. No cookie, no info.
