Does anyone know how I, living in Sweden, shall do to get the Epic brochure and/or DVD?

The brochure can be ordered on ncl.com and ncl.co.uk but NOT on ncl.eu which is the NCL-site I can order from.

The DVD seems to be made only for the american market since that's only available on ncl.com.

Is it possible for me to get them?

I'm planning to book an SA or an A4 on the Epic. If it's not possible for me to get the brochure/DVD now, will they send them to me as a suiteperk if I ask for them once I'm booked?

I'm guessing but I think it was for media and large Travel agents/sites.

However I did see a few up for auction on ebay for around $5 . Just go in and put NCL in search engine.

No...the DVD comes with the brochure. $5.00 is about $4.99 more than it's worth. If you either have the brochure or have gone through the Epic's material on NCL's web site, the DVD adds little or nothing to what you already know.

We got the DVD and as njhorseman says there is nothing new on the DVD that you can not see on the web site. Basically it goes through each of the areas and features of the Epic (mostly the information under the tabs "The Experience" & "The Voyage" on epic.ncl.com). The artistic drawings were the same as what is on the web site and what was said seemed to be read directly from the web site. One odd thing about the DVD is that it is only compatible with the DVD reader on a computer.

The Epic DVD is also on YouTube.

Nothing more in the brochure that isn't already on their site.

That really was a head scratcher.

Not sure, but one reason (my opinion) may be because the DVD was originally made just for promoting and introducing the EPIC at travel shows. Instead of the "overhead projection" they use a laptop and screen to display the DVD. I don't believe they intended for the EPIC to have it's own DVD for everyone to own.

Just a thought.

I understand that but for me it's one thing to sit by the computer, it's completely different to look through a brochure.

That's a thought but why is it then possible to order it on ncl.com?

I have now been able to get the brochure and the DVD. They were not not possible to order from the website but when I asked about it, NCL in Germany could send it to me.

They also told me that they are producing a European model of the Epic brochure which will be released in December.

They are in the process of producing an updated DVD adding the new entertainment options.
