Apr/May 05 TransAtlantic-Westerdam

Wife and I and a couple we travel with are cruising on the Westerdam
to Azores, Spain, Monte Carlo, Livornio and Rome for 3 nights. First
Transatlantic and not the first HAL or last -HAl is our 1st choice although
we have cruised 18 times with only 3 HALs.

Would appreciate any information, guidance and or advise on almost
anything that would help make this the great cruise we expect is should
be. Information on booking excursions ;and what to expect in Rome
will certainly be usefull. We expect to be staying at the Jolly Hotel
Vittorio Veneto in Rome. We were on The Zaandam in July 04 and
Celebrity's Horizon Nov 29-Dec 11, 04. We enjoy any cruising for HAL
is again our 1st choice.

Are you on the Westerdam April 27th cruise? If so, we'll be on board too. Our first time doing a Transatlantic. I'm staying over in Rome for 2 nights, but my friend is heading home. The Ports of Call board has been helpful in suggesting places to stay, tours to do in Rome.

I see the Westerdam will be stopping in Ponta Delgada on its voyage. We live about 25 kilometers from town. If you have any shore excursion questions, please ask. There are some really beautiful places to visit.
