Wouldn't it be nice if they said that profits are up and we are going to send all stock holders a Christmas bonus??

A Free cruise would be nice:D obviously I am dreaming but they could up the $100 ship board credit to $200:cool:
I can't help but believe that it will be a very favorable report. All the stock professionals show to "BUY" no one is saying "Sell"

And we bought the stock many years ago when it was around $12 - $13 a share. And look at it now.

I only wish that I would of:( , I only recently got 100 shares so I paid the Big Bucks, but at least it did just pay a dividend. Maybe we will get lucky it will go up to $60 plus a share, split, then start climbing up really fast:D

CCL already declared a $.15/share dividend 10/24/04 which was payed out on 12/10/04 - so I doubt its another dividend. The stock price isn't high enough to hinder trading, so I don't see them doing a split.
I'd be willing to bet that CCL aren't making any particularly special announcements...

A $294 Million dollar Profit is too shabby. I guess with 2 cruises last year and three for next year they made just a little bit of money off me:D
Krazy Kruizers I have a question for you. I know own 100 shares of CCL and with my upcoming cruises I want to get the extra ship board credit. What is it I need to do? I have never gotten any stock certificates from Ameritrade do I need to request them from Ameritrade? Thanks for your help.

I'll horn in to get you started.....I understand that HAL requires at least a copy of your brokerage statement reflecting the ownership. I have not heard that they require copies of the certificates. I also believe you present your proof of ownership at the time of the original booking, not later in the process.
I just recently purchased my stock an have not needed to submit the info yet, so I could be wrong. If so, somone will set us straight.

I really hope I can still get the Stock Ship Board Credit since I already have 3 cruises booked and one I have already paid final payment but for the March 13th cruise.
KK or anyone else out there that knows for sure.

We have used the on board credit 4-5 times. They do not need the stock certificates. A copy of the broker statement or if you purchased stock directly, you can send a copy of your latest statement. You cannot purchase your first share directly from Carnival, unless they have changed methods, but can enroll in the DRIP program. Direct Investor purchase.

My TA was able to get me some information. I had owned just 50 shares since October and just recently bit the bullet and aquired the remaining 50 shares to own 100. She said that Holland America told her that they can apply the credit up till about 2 weeks before we cruise. They stated that within a few weeks of the time that one has aquirred 100 shares they then send you a letter giving you the this benefit information and fax number to fax in this information. 1. a statement from your brokerage of owning the 100 or more shares,2. your sailing date and 3. your Booking number. I think I would also add the cabin number.
Hopefully some one else out there can confirm that this info is correct.

I have purchased CCL stock 3 times and never received any letter about the benefits. You will receive the stock holders annual report around April which contains the information.
Georgia is correct. Get the broker statement from your broker. Your TA can handle it. Make sure you get documentation from your TA and take it with you on your cruise. Your cruise documents should show the credit.
Not all cruises qualify. Most will, but I was turned down once because of the discount I had on the price of the cruise.
