I took a few pictures of the new water structure and toys that have recently been put in place at Half Moon Cay. You can find them at: http://photos.yahoo.com/localady42 (http://photos.yahoo.com/localady42) under the PanamaCanal12/04 folder.

Hope you enjoy them, I think the kids will like them.:D:)

P.S. There are a few Panama Canal, Curacao and Costa Rica photos too.

Thanks to all! It was my privilege to take that picture, felt a little closer to heaven at that moment!

I got lucky to get that the last night of our cruise. If anyone would like a copy for their background you can write me at localady42@yahoo.com and I'd be happy to send it! It makes really pretty wallpaper:)

I agree the sunset picture is beautiful. The pictures of the boat going through the canal is pretty amazing. The boat looks like it is going to scrape the sides!

I know how you felt about feeling closer to heaven. You may remember mine from the evening we left Tortola. I must have taken 15 pictures of that sunset. Sunsets like that do make you feel just a little closer to heaven ... maybe even a bit more than that. Thanks for posting it. I'm emailing you.

The ship is incredibly close to the sides of the canal during many parts of the transit - a wonderful experience. We can't wait to go again. :)

Actually, a couple of times we did scratch the edge a bit!! Thank goodness for the barriers to cushion it!
