We booked an outside guarantee on the Maasdam for January 6 out of Norfolk and do not have a room assignment yet, should we be concerned?

Keep checking the Shore Excursion and Custom sites but nothing yet!

No.. don't be concerned. I met someone when I disembarked the Maasdam who was getting ready to embark. She didn't have her room assignment yet and was going to get it at check-in. Maybe they are holding a very special room for you! Keep the faith!

We didn't get our cabin assignment for our Volendam December 6th cruise until a week prior to the deperture date. Our cruise docks did arrive much earlier but without a cabin assignment.

Nothing to be concerned about. Others have reported here how they didn't get their cabin assignment until the last week while others didn't get theirs until they got to the pier.

Not to worry. I still have a client for December 26 Veendam without a cabin number. I know HAL will have something for him soon. You'll be fine.
