Does anyone know who is entertaining on the Feb 7th cruise aboard the Westerdam?

Don't know about the professionals, but Ralph & Rob (stage names) will entertain during the passenger talent show. He sings, I do comedy. We are so bad that our wifes have stopped attending. Got a mug once, but never the coveted luggage tag or the holy grail key chain. Check the daily program for day/time/place. Arrive early for a good seat in the back.

LOL OK how much will the bidding start at?? We are on the cruise with E-500 and while I originally had not planned on going to the Talent Show... NOW I HAVE TO!!!

Are there usually talent shows? I was on the December 6th sailing of the Westerdam and there was no passenger talent show. Was my sailing an anomaly? I was under the impression that they were a thing of the past on 7-day sailings. We had karaoke, but that was it.

Ralph & Rob last appeared on the Maasdam in Feb. 09. This was a 14 day cruise. We are doing B2B this year starting 1/31 and we were hoping to try out new material during the second leg.

Last year the Cruise Director Susan Wood took us aside after the show and respectfully requested that we not sign up in the future if she was the CD. (By the way, we thought she was an excellent CD with high standards.)

If in fact HAL has discontinued the passenger talent show on one week cruises we will simply find additional ways to bring joy to our fellow passengers. Small setbacks do not discourage us. Please continue to check the daily program.
