Parking in Nice

We have rental car reservations in Monte Carlo and are thinking of taking Hlitner's suggestion of driving to also include Eze and St. Paul de Vence.
I've read that parking in Eze and St. Paul is well marked. We have driven before in Europe.

Anyone have any favorite locations to park to avoid driving in Nice?

My only advice would be to not drive in the old town neighborhood. We have always been able to find on the street parking outside of that one area.
