It's a great sentiment.
Perhaps we should start with....... How much do we care about the shipboard personnel?
We surely want them to care about us..... Hopefully, we all remember that they 'are people also' who have a bad day; have a headache; have an accident and drop a glass of milk in someone's lap etc
Just something to think about.
