Hi,

I am traveling on a cruise on Dec 28 we have a cat 10 inside stateroom, can we pay when we get there for an upgrade? How difficult is that?

You can upgrade only if there are open staterooms on DCL they often sail with a full ship but you can always ask. :rolleyes:

I have yet to take any cruise on any line that had upgrades available at the pier. Your best bet would be to contact your travel agent or DCL and see how much the upgrade would be now.
