I am looking at booking the Veendam in October 2011, assuming the same or similar itinerary is available as this years sailing on 10/13/10. Any idea when it will be available to book?? any one ever done this itinerary in October/November? :confused:

We've already booked the same cruise for January, 2011 so it shouldn't be long before you can book it for October. We took a similar cruise in 2005 and it was one of the best!

thanks! just curious to the difference in the weather in October vs. January and if the seas are calmer or rougher?? On weatherunderground dot com it seems that it is less rainy in Oct/Nov, and temps are pretty much average for the ports but really wondering about the seas......:confused:

Are you booked on the January 6th Antarctica cruise? If so, we are also booked on that one. The October-November cruises don't go to Antarctica, I believe.
