HAL Price Increase

Just went to my favourite Internet site to consider a HAL booking and there is a big red lettered announcement stating that as of 2/13/10 all HAL prices will go up. Have any of the rest of you heard this? Thanks in advance.

Also ... I think there was a thread within the past month that mentioned HAL not permitting T/A's to discount. The reality, I think, was that HAL would not permit T/A pricing not approved by HAL. So ... if HAL indeed is not permitting unauthorized discounting, that would explain T/A price increases. Not sure that HAL actually is increasing prices ... just maybe not approving some T/A pricing models.

So ultimately for those of us who book online do you think we will be seeing increases in prices? OR, will it just make a difference to TA's commissions?
