Is there anything unusual in the daily itinerary during the transatlantic repositioning cruise? We are on the Noordam between fort Lauderdale and Barcelona and have seven days at sea.

On our transatlantic in 2008 on Noordam we had a nice series of lectures on astronomy.
You tend not to get these when there are few sea days

Joedsal, looks like you are on the same cruise as us. TA 14th May on Noordam.
Why not come and join our Rollcall. We are organising a few activities.

Right now looking for HAL activities as part of the daily "what's going on" sheet outside of the usual listings.
The astronomy lecture sounds very interesting.
Thanks

Welcome to Cruise Critic.
On some of our longer cruises they have Trivia where the teams are formed on the first session and a team is eliminated at each session until only one team remains and wins.
This is a little different than the every day trivia.

Thankfully, in all the long cruises I've done, I've never seen it done that way. That would be awful to be on a cruise and unable to play trivia!
What I have seen is a cumulative trivia. The teams stay together, and the scores are added to the team's previous scores until the last day. That way there's always a chance to come back and win the grand prize. There is a prize every day, too.
You feel a strong obligation to show up when it's played this way!
