First-time cruiser here, researching a potential vacation in April. :)

I'm wondering, how far are the cruise ship ports from airports? What are the best options for getting from the airport to the port? (We're coming from Fredericton, NB, Canada, so we probably won't book airfare with the cruise, because we can get good prices on our own, so we'll have to arrange our own transportation)

Specifically, the ports I'm interested in are:

Miami
Tampa
Orlando
New Orleans

We're thinking of cruising with either Carnival or Royal Caribbean.
