Everyone says not to miss the brunch at Palo's. Do they offer it everyday or just a few days during a 7 day eastern Caribean cruise? Is their a surcharge? I heard the dinner there is $10.00 per person. What about brunch?

It was incredible! By far the best meal we had that week. They only offer it on sea days, so only twice on the Eastern if I recall.
Well worth the $10 pp surcharge which includes a glass of champagne. We tipped over and above as the service was excellent--I think an additional $20 or so.
There was so much food, it was amazing!
Dinner was great as well, and I'd do both again at least once on a future cruise.
