Oosterdam - Upper or Lower Dining Room

First time on HA. Which dining room do you prefer and why? We are scheduled for early dining. Thanks.

We definetely prefer the upper level dining room. The room is smaller, you can enter that level directly from that deck, and we like sitting by the railing and watching the diners and activities downstairs.

However, with the staggered times if we had 'early' seating we would not want to be upper level because dining time there has been at 5:45. Way too early. We would request lower level if for some reason we were early dining. Lower level 'early' has been at 6:15 which is still too early for us, but much more preferable to upper's 5:45 time.

'Main' dining seatings are 8:00 upper dining level and 8:30 lower level. To us, 8:00 is perfect and we like the upper level much better anyway, so we always request UPPER MAIN SEATING. ;)
