Mini-boats in St. Thomas?

Anyone done this shore excursion? Are they two seater boats? Are they like the rhino riders in St. Martin? How much beach, snorkel time do you get? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Marilyn

This was blast. Total tour was around 4 hours.
Boats are two people...
You spend around 45 minutes snorkeling. If you are looking for good beach time, this is NOT the tour.
The fun on this trip was flying across the water in the boat....
