Does any one know if you can carry your own wine on board? At embarkation?

Yes, you can bring your own wine and champagne on board the Zuiderdam at both embarkation and in all the ports.

Technically, however, you'll need to consume it all before you return to the USA ior you'll be subject to the customs rules relating to bringing alcoholic beverages across the border.
We have never had any wine left over. If we did, we'd probably contribute it to our wine steward because, on HAL, he/she ALWAYS takes great care of us.
