Is HAL no longer sending these? I recall they were sending them at 50 days, but we are way past that. Yes, we have gone ahead and done the online check-in, but we were expecting the e-mail reminder.

I received several for our 4/3 sailing. Maybe your spam filter blocked them?

Checking back, it was just about exactly 50 days prior

I received one a few days ago for a 5/4 cruise. I didn't count the days, but had been thinking it should be coming any day. Then there it was!
Besides checking your spam filter, check that HAL has the correct e-mail addy for you.

Also, if you book through a travel agent (on in my case if you book your parents' cruises) they will send the e-mail to the person that books it with the expectation that they will forward it to you. I get my parents ALL OF THE TIME, even though I specifically put their e-mail address in the information, plus is it tied to their Mariner IDs on their booking. They do not receive any e-mails...not that they would really know what to do with it...online check-in is a bit stressful for them and I tend to have to walk them through it anyway. ;)

We got the e-mail for our upcoming Maasdam cruise.
Did you check your spam folder? Maybe it went into Spam?

Without getting the email notice you could still check your HAL booking and see if they are ready to print. That's assuming you did your online check in process, if you haven't done that, then try to do it, then print out your docs.
