Late documents

I'm leaving on a Disney Cruise this Saturday and still don't have my documents. I read that they were supposed to be delivered at least 28 days before sailing. I called last Friday and Disney said they just sent them out on Thursday (the day before) and I should get them on Monday. I didn't get them yesterday and called again and they said I should definitely have them today. I asked what the hold up was and they said they're just very behind schedule. Suppose I was going to go to Florida before my cruise, I wouldn't have any documents to bring with me!

If you still don't have them, call DCL and ask for the UPS tracking number. All docs. are sent UPS. Also, confirm your mailing address. DCL had the wrong one for my in-laws and it delayed their docs. Finally, ask them what you should do if they don't come in time (especially re: DCL luggage tags).

Thanks. I finally got them yesterday. Looks like I have a lot of reading/filling out to do in the next 2 days!
