IMO a waste of time an money. They tasted awful and did not change my appetite at all.

I agree with boop. It tastes awful, sort of what I imagine chalk would taste like if you put it in a blender. It did nothing to curb the appetite, unless that bad taste in your mouth keeps you from eating! And it was really pricey.
