3 day agenda for Key west minus the tourist stuff

We are leaving tomorrow for our 1st trip to Florida without going to the orlando area. First 3 nts in Fort lauderdale and 3 nts in Key west at the Ocean Key resort. We were wondering the Following:
Does anyone have a 3 day agenda for a 29 and a 34 year guy and girl who love to party?? We just what to have a good time in a really layed back environment. We will probabally not do a lot of the touristy stuff, but we love meeting new people and would love to be able to meet up with a few people to hang with while we are down there. Will the ocean be warm enough to go parasailing?? Does anyone reccomend the bar crawl scavenger hunt that is advertised??Where are good places to grab a bit to eat that is not to expensive for lunch? And has anyone stayed at the ocean Ley resort that can tell me a few things about it?? thanks for all your help, -L

Well there are always parties going on at the many many bars. Sleep in, go out in the afternoon and evening if that's your thing. When you get there walk the waterfront looking for day trippers who do parasailing or party boats. There's a beach not far down from the bottom of Duval Street that is a hangout for a young crowd in the late morning and early afternoon too.

When I go, I like to take it easy too. Just walk around and pop into a bar for a drink..then walk some more and walk into another bar. Scooters are a fun way to get around and see all the sights. Crabby Dicks is a reasonably priced place for lunch
