Are you asking about boarding the Amsterdam or specifically about boarding a HAL ship IN Amsterdam? Either way, HAL allows passengers to bring as much wine on board as one wishes. It can be in your carry-on, or (if brave and packed well) to the porters.

Besides wine, you can also bring as much champagne, sodas and bottled water as you want.

No Limits.

Sorry I'll be boarding the Prisendam in Amstewrdam. I was worried about Dutch Customs. I would hate to get there with 18 bottles of wine and be told I couldn't take it aboard even though HAL allows it

We boarded Celebrity in Amsterdam and since Celebrity allows 2 bottles of wine per cabin, we had 2 bottles of wine in our backpack carry-on. No problem. Embarkation was a breeze.

Between this, and the similar question you asked in another thread, I'm not sure what you're asking about.

Are you asking if it's all right to bring wine/champagne aboard the ship in Amsterdam? Yes, it is.

Are you asking if there's a problem with Dutch Customs bringing wine/champagne into the country, for later use on board the ship?
Somehow I doubt that's what you mean, as it would be cost prohibitive to bring all that wine on a plane. But, if that is the question, the best place to look for an answer is the Dutch importing rules.

Or, are you asking if you have to pass the wine/champagne through Dutch Customs after purchasing it in Netherlands, but before boarding? No, in that case there's no Customs to pass through.

If this doesn't cover the info you're looking for, please clarify your question.
