I don't think there are any "photo Tours" per say, but there are tours to cover about every interest and there is SOOOOO much to see that you won't have any trouble having spectacular photos. Just pick a tour that meets your interests, for me last time it was one of the hikes into the forest. Camera in hand. The scenery is just so spectacular you can't go wrong.
Here is a photo from our first trip to Alaska. Since then we have been back 2 more times. Still our favorite cruise destination.

Welcome to CC - you'll find lots of info here and also on the Alaska boards for specific things about Alaska.
You're going to love Alaska - and photo ops are pretty much any direction you're looking.
