Does anyone know if any of the suites on Silver Wind have showers with flexible heads in their bathrooms. We find the fixed heads very unsuitable.

The shower heads are mounted hand-helds. You can change the angle if you wish.

Thanks. Are you sure? There must have been a very recent change. When we travelled on Silver Wind just after its refubishment at the end of 2008, all the bathrooms had a fixed head shower above the bath. Although the head could be twisted it could not be moved up and down as in the more flexible fittings that are now commonplace.

I was thinking of the Cloud, sorry. We have been on the Wind since refurbishment but I don't remember the shower head just now.

Just back from the WIND: shower heads (in the tub) are fixed. To the best of my knowledge this is the same on CLOUD.

Not so on the Cloud, see above a few posts. Recently debarked.

Cloud has a hand held w/mounting. I still hate that you have to reach into the shower to turn it on and get wet doing so...but that might be just me. Have they done something about that 1/2 glass wall on the newer ships?
