Private Cabanas, Half Moon, Why diff colors

In the shore excursion for Half Moon Cay, the private cabanas are listed by different colors.....in the description/price I dont see any difference between the colors....what is, if any,the difference in the colors ?

They just use the different colors to differentiate one from another.

The colors also indicate where the cabanas are located. Taupe is the closet one to the pier, and either pink or yellow being the one the most far out. There is an old thread that has a wonderful map that shows the locations. If you do a search, you can probably find it.

They were building a new cabana- further away than any other- when we were there 12/21. I don't think it was a replacement for a storm damaged cabana, unless they were starting totally from scratch.

We were on HMC in December, and the beach is half the size that it once was due to the wave action from the hurricanes. The surf was breaking at the chair line, and there are bits of coral in the sand, so be careful when walking off the paths. The island is still gorgeous, the water a beautiful shade of blue and the people very friendly.
