Hoping you might be able to help with ?? on the April 30 coastal.

How did you find the extra 1-2 day on the ship back to Seattle? If you don't mind, what kind of pricing did you pay for it?

I have yet to book the cruise because it seemed just too much hassle to fly to San Diego, sail to Vancouver and fly back to Portland with lluggage and wheelchair. If we could find something that sailed back to Seattle however.....

Thanks for any help!

Hi Guardhouse. Have you thought of the train/bus back to Seattle and then fly back from there. Nice to see you again. Wendy

Due to my wife's disability (progressive MS) she cannot sit for long periods, that's why we were choosing to fly. More expensive and most times more hassle, but by far it is more comfortable for her, which is all I care about.

Thanks for the thoughts!

HI Guardhouse,
I went to Orbits to find it. ( I altered spelling to allow the name:-)Use a Z to find it. Anyway, Under cruises go to US-Pacific Coastal. The S suite was about $640 per person. Balcony is $400 something.

I think we found the 4 night from San Diego to Vancouver under "Coastal" and the 3 night from Vancouver to Seattle under "Pacific Northwest". We are flying Southwest. Since they price their flights by one way trips it was easy to get the flights we needed. As for price, I'm too lazy tonight to dig out my records but I do know it was very reasonable.

As a PS, according to HAL the first trip has 1 formal and 3 casual and the second has 3 casual. Sounds like we may visit the Lido for the formal dinner and make packing really easy.

Thank you! I finally found it. I have always disliked the HAL website. Tougher than most to find easy stuff on sometimes!
