Stock holders credit - email address needed to send stock info

I haven't done this in a couple of years and need the address to email stock info to get the credit.

Is it still $50.00-$250.00 depending on the length of the cruise? It was $50.00 for a 3 night two years ago. I think the same for a 7 night.

I sent an email Saturday with the information on my upcoming cruise along with a PDF attachment of my most recent investment statement and got a confirmation of the OBC back from HAL at 9:30 am Seattle time on Monday. Now that was quick!
